This page provides an overview of W&N STUDIO approach to data protection and privacy.

This page relates specifically to marketing data collected via this website and our marketing activities such as social media, email marketing and live events. If you are a client of ours (hi!) or supplier then we will have your data stored in a number of other places for the purposes of invoicing, making payments and delivering projects, this is detailed in our contracts with you but you can also contact us if you need any more information.

What data do we collect?

We collect personal data from visitors to this website through the use of the contact us page. We collect your details when you email us with an enquiry, if you send us a speculative CV or reel, if you contact us directly through social media and sometimes we may have also collected your details in person at an event we have been attending or exhibiting at.

When you submit your data to us through this website, by social media, by email or in person we store it in our HubSpot CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool). HubSpot take data protection very seriously and are compliant with GDPR you can read more about this here. This information is used to:

Provide you with information about our products or services that you may be interested in:

  • Provide and personalise our services
  • Tailor our marketing and website content to ensure it is relevant to you
  • Deal with your enquiries

If you gave us consent to add you to our mailing list then we process your data under the legal basis of consent, if not then we process it under the basis of legitimate interest. We use our marketing database to send emails via Amazon Sendy and Mailchimp, both of which are GDPR compliant. We will not pass on your data to any third party.

If you have contacted us we will store your name, email address, job title and company name and phone number if you provide us with it, to add to our marketing database. We will periodically email you about relevant work and services you may be interested in. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time, either by using the unsubscribe button in the email itself or by emailing info@hhour.co.uk.

If you enquire about working with us we will also store your CV and/or reel in our potential crew/employee database, you can request further information about or removal from this database at any time.

How do I find out what data of mine you hold?

How do I ask you to delete my data?

How long will you hold my data?

If you have contacted us via our website or social media our policy is to retain your data for three years. If you have not shown an interest in hearing from us over this period (e.g. you haven’t clicked any links in our emails) we will delete your data from our database. If you would like to remove your data from our database you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the email or contact us

Will you pass my data on?

We won’t share your data with third parties unless we are legally obligated to or if the disclosure is necessary for the purposes of a criminal investigation, national security, taxation or we have your consent to do so.

Our website contains links to other websites, such as in our blog posts, those sites may collect data from you this will be detailed in their individual privacy policies which may be different from ours.

We use cookies to track your visit which allows us to see which aspects of our website are popular and then refine our website to offer the best browsing experience to you the user, all of this information is anonymised so we cannot identify individuals on our site through cookies.

HubSpot
